K-Hair Return & Exchange Policy (Domestic Customers Only)

At K-Hair, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges. Note that this policy applies only to domestic customers; international customers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Eligibility:
  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original, unmodified condition.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Store Credit:
  • Approved returns will receive store credit for the item(s).
  • Refunds are not available for all products.

We strive to make the return process simple and hassle-free. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Initiate Return:Log in to your account on www.k-hair.in, or click here, to select the product you wish to return. Provide a reason for the return and attach a picture of the item.
  2. Approval:Our team will review your request. If eligible, your return will be approved, and we'll arrange for a reverse pickup.

Refund Process

If you receive a damaged product, you may be eligible for a refund within 2 days of delivery. To start the refund process:

  1. the Damage: Record a video clearly showing the damage.
  2. Contact Us:
    • Call us directly to report the issue.
    • Email us at customercarekhair@gmail.com with the video and details of the damage.

Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain quality service.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale Orders / Discounted Products
  • Modified Products: Any items that have been colored, chemically treated, or damaged due to styling after purchase.
